• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
• Return shipping is your responsibility. The return-shipping fee is non-refundable and deducted from the refund.

Support Beyond Your First Recording

Your POV Pro Mini is covered by The POV Pro’s Two-Year Replacement Warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, in line with our Warranty Policy.

Covered faults: manufacturing defects identified during the warranty period. After review and inspection, an approved claim receives a replacement at no cost. The policy covers shipping for the defective device’s return and the replacement.

Exclusions: misuse, drops, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by external factors such as power surges or natural disasters.
